We meet on the first Tuesday of each month, starting in January, at St Firmin’s Church Hall in Thurlby. The meeting starts at 2pm for 2-30 start. We have speakers, demonstrations and sometimes a quiz.

 

By April the weather is warmer, so we start the outdoor meetings, visiting gardens large and small, nurseries and allotments.

 

There is no meeting in August, as a lot of members have their grandchildren at that time, then back indoors by October. In December usually we go out to dinner. Sometimes we swop round and go out in January.
