Monthly Meetings

Monthly Meetings are normally held on the third Monday in each month at the Bourne Corn Exchange (now labelled as South Kesteven Community Access Point and Library), starting at 2.00 pm where members are both educated and entertained by a variety of specially invited speakers.  Now due to Coronavirus our meetings are held virtually on Zoom. This is followed by light refreshments in your lounge. Visitors are welcome if they socially distance!!. The entry cost is £0.00 for these meetings. Our Open Meetings will resume at the Corn Exchange on Monday 18 October 2021.

The next meeting is on Monday 20 Sptember 2021. This is by Anthony Poulton-Smith entitled "Watling Street: this famous Roman road", and will be via Zoom. Details of future meetings can be seen by clicking on the Activities button above.

Visitors can attend two meetings, of either a Group or a Monthly Meeting before deciding whether to join the U3A when the annual membership fee is £10.

During the month around fifty plus special interest groups meet, and to attend these, you must be a member of U3A. We cannot promise currently that there will be spaces in all groups but information regarding each of these can be obtained by clicking the "Groups" button above.

All those who are either semi-retired or retired and who are still interested in keeping their mind and body active by learning new skills, or perhaps those who have skills which they are prepared to share with others, have an open invitation to join us and help build an even stronger U3A for the people of Bourne and the surrounding villages.
